INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
There is an additional shipping charge for orders placed from outside the continental USA (48 states). If you reside in Alaska, Hawaii or outside the continental USA, you must call or email for the extra shipping cost, which will be added to the total price. To stay consistent with our "Free Return Shipping" offer, BODY-ALINE will pay $40 of the cost to return ship - if necessary.

Once we receive & inspect the unit, here's what happens next:

- If you paid in full, you will be sent a refund check in the exact amount of your full purchase price within 1-3 days.

- If you chose the payment plan, we will stop payment from your credit card immediately & you won't be charged anything.

***In order to activate the return policy, you must provide a valid proof of purchase with the returned item. The item must also be returned in reasonable condition & within original packaging.
